NSF systems are developed for processes that require continuous operation and fully automated cleaning. The NSF systems of Vermeer Process can by installed either horizontally or vertically, with single or multiple baskets according to the required flow. The flushing cycle can be set either by time or by measured dP. Before shipment, we can set the control system and cleaning intervals to your production data and run a FAT test in our workshop.

NSF systems range from filtration grades of 10 micron till 3000 micron. Flows may vary from 10 m3/hr till 3000 m3/hr. For higher flows multiple systems can be used. Our standard systems can be adapted to your special requirements with regard to size, construction materials, filtration grade, nozzle orientation etc.
