Today we will show you the crown jewel Maus has invented for the manufacturing industry. The Maus 2501 is a CNC double-axe work centre with mobile base for rolling, facing, grooving and TIG orbital welding of tube bundles. The MA-2501 is the most innovative and effective solution offered by Maus Italia for the automation of work cycles for the serial assembly of medium to large heat exchangers.

The VE GROUP owns three of these stations which are operated by only one operator specialist. A massive efficiency improvement replacing 9 welders and ensuring flawless quality work execution. Because it works 24 hours a day and has no “blue Mondays” these beauties are of massive added value to our manufacturing process. Next to these big boys we also own 2 mobile MAUS Ma-Tig stations which can be positioned anywhere in the facilities we own.
