with the MA-TIG (2 robots) and the MA2500 (3 robots) the welding process of tube- tube sheet welds are fully automated. One operator monitors and executes the tube- tube sheet connection simultaneously on the different workstations at the same time. The MA2500’s are also capable of fully automated milling of tubes and expanding tube-tube sheet connections.
