For one of our valued customers, we recently had the opportunity to manufacture two impressive bundles under a very tight deadline.

From the moment the forgings, baffles, and tubes were delivered, our team worked together efficiently to complete the machining, drilling, fit-up, and expanding of both bundles within just 1½ weeks.

Project Highlights:
Tube sheets: SA765 Grade II, Ø1300 × 260 mm
Tubes: SA179, Ø25,4 × 3,40 x 6096mm
Tube-to-tube sheet strenght expansion length: 235 mm
Manufacturing operations: Machining, drilling, bundle assembly and tube expansion.
